Full Description:

The county Office of Fair Practices and Community Affairs is hosting two free seminars on Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Randallstown library, 8604 Liberty Road. A grant-writing seminar runs from 9 a.m. to noon and includes the ABCs of the craft. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. is a seminar on how to start a nonprofit organization. People may register for either or both seminars, and should do so by Dec. 3. For more information, call 410-887-5557.
