2010 New (YEARS) Life Resolution Fitness Expo!
It is that time of year again, and the Watson Wellness + Fitness Group is sponsoring a 2010 New Year’s Life Resolution Fitness Expo for the Randallstown, Owning Mills community and surrounding areas.Our organization would like to request the help of your website to get the information our to the community.
This event is free to the community and will offer services including but not limited to blood pressure screenings, body mass index calculations , healthy eating guide and menu, successful weight loss tips, keys to optimum health, prizes and giveaways, and childcare. There will be a free cardio-kick boxing class at 10:00am. Officers from the United States Public Health Service will be onsite providing the free screenings.
The Watson Wellness & Fitness Group 2010 Fitness Expo is scheduled for January 2, 2010 from 9:00am-Noon. The location is Studio A, 3520 Brenbrook Drive, Randallstown, MD (BrenbrookShopping Center).However, in the event of inclement weather it will be rescheduled for Sunday, January 10, 2010 from 2:00pm-4:00pm at the same location.
